Fiber Jewelry
Dates: August 5-8, 2021 - In person
Location: Snow Farm, The New England Craft Program
Make fiberart jewelry using embroidery, sculptural crochet, weaving, wrapping, felting and beading. We’ll repurpose clothing fabrics, novelty fibers, wire and found objects and transform them into enchanting charms.

This will be a 4-day immersion experimenting with technique and material. You will create a series of textile embellished bobbles, a custom chain out of wire and then assemble it all into a necklace, amulet pin and any more combinations that you design.

All levels welcome. We will not be covering beginning knitting/crochet, so knowledge of these ahead of time helpful but not necessary. – there are other fabulous techniques we can substitute with that require no previous experience.
